1. Eligibility/Entries: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). Limit one entry per person per prize. Sweepstakes begins online 12:01 a.m. (EST) 8/01/2008 and ends online 11:59 p.m. (EST) 10/24/2008. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules.
   
   Dealers, distributors, affiliates, sponsors, employees, and family members(spouses, children, relatives) of Lawn & Garden Webvision, and RedMax are not eligible.
   
   To enter, go to , click on the Sweepstakes link, and complete the registration form by entering a minimum of name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and contact telephone number. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, email and/or mail. Entrants must provide a valid email address to enter online. Online entries must be no later than11:59 p.m. (ET) on 10/24/2008.
   
   
2. Drawing/Awarding of Prizes Disclaimers One (1) Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/31/2008 and winner will be notified on or about 10/31/2008.
   
   By accepting prizes, winners grant the Lawn & Garden Media Solutions, LLC, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies (“Sponsor and its Agents”), the right to use and publish winners’ proper names, states of residence and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes online, print, or in other forms of media worldwide, in connection with the sweepstakes without limitation and without compensation except where prohibited.
   
   Limit one prize per person or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions, except as provided herein. Odds of winning are based upon the total number of entrants.
