This is a new video tribute to Michael Jackson from YouTube superstar Sheena Melwani. The reason I posted this is not only because this gal rocks, but the acoustic guitar was performed by my neighbor Randy Edwards.

Randy was a retired musician who is once again back to song writing fulltime. I know Randy as my cool hippie neighbor that talks about the times of hanging out with likes of Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Jefferson Airplane, and all the greats. I was so excited when he told me recently about this new project.

Randy and I have a great time sharing stories of yard projects while sitting by his gorgeous Koi pond that planned out for over 5 years while dreaming of the end result. Randy like me uses a lot of found objects and recycled products for his projects and has been doing so for years, way before “Green” was hip.

We will keep you posted on the Melwani / Edwards duo as they blow up the web with their dynamic sound. Randy shared with me recently that he will be releasing some of his songs to the public for the first time and we’ll let you know about that. I am one of the lucky few that have had the honor to hear his songs. His songs mostly have to do with what is important to him and that’s living life to the fullest. This guy has the best attitude towards life and I know that I moved next to him for a reason. We could all learn a lot from him and the world in my opinion would be a much better place.
