Bringing a Water Garden Perspective to the Site
Posted On 03/20/2009 08:10:59 by

It is a pleasure to join Lawn and Garden Webvision!  I come to the site as a ponding enthusiast.  From a very young age I have always been fascinated with the wonder the natural beauty of water.  I was constantly down along a pond's or river's edge catching crawfish, minnows or just watering the rhythmic artistic flow of the water currents.

This interest has been the foundation of developing a Supportive Ponding Online Community, BuildingMyPond.com.  It is my desire to help inform, and educate people on how they can create the water feature of their dreams with confidence.  There is a lot of myths and even fear mongering within the water gardening world on the complexity of creating and ,maintaining a water eco-system within a landscape and I want to help expose the simply truths of the process and empower homeowners that they can build their own pond.

I have create the Smarter Water Garden Advisor Series Pod Cast, a pod cast with interviews from top industry professionals who want to help expose common myths and bring a simplistic view to the ponding process.

The benefits of a water feature within your landscape and many fold.  It will not only increase the value of the property but promotes and enables an environment and atmosphere of serenity and relaxation.

You can built it, because we are here to help!

I look forward to being involved in this group as I have lots to learn from each of you and hopeful I can share some info about water features.
