IN LOVING MEMORY OF KEN SIX

We sadly inform you that Ken Six, beloved husband and father and friend to many, was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on January 20th at 3:30 A.M. Ken was born on January 6, 1955. He worked for 29 years as a Consulting Arborist and was a member of ASCA (American Society of Consulting Arborists. Second to his family, Ken had a deep love for trees. He was a well respected advocate in the tree care industry and will be missed greatly.

Ken fought bravely against the aggressive form of cancer with which he was diagnosed just 35 days before his death.  During his final days, his primary concern was for the happiness and well-being of his family.  He made a special effort to see that they had a good Christmas, even to the extent of trying, at 4:00 in the morning a few days before Christmas, to hang up outdoor Christmas lights and decorations.  Prior to his final hospitalization, he spent every waking moment at home doing everything in his power to ensure that his family would be taken care of after his death.  Ken died as he had lived, thinking of his family and loving them with all his heart.

Ken is survived by his wife Gloria; children, Dezeray, Kenneth, and Tyler; grandchildren, Nikko and Christian.
