I hope everyone is having a Happy Holiday so far. I wanted to take a moment and share a quick story.   Earlier in the year, I had the chance to interview P. allen Smith at the 2008 GIE+Expo. I was so honored to not only meet him, but to be able to chat with him for a good 15 minutes.
